Terms of Use

The cost of all travel packages are presented within on the travel description page. All travel costs are per person based on double occupancy. Single and Triple occupancy rates are available upon request. Prices are complete as listed. Prices are accurate at the time of publication, but are subject to revision without notice due to circumstances beyond the control of Great Atlantic Sports Travel.

In some situations, terms and conditions for various events may be more stringent than those listed below. Verify any additional terms and conditions indicated as part of each program included on this site. The more stringent terms will always take precedence.

Great Atlantic Sports Travel is one of the largest Sports Travel operators on the East Coast. With a Great Atlantic Sports Travel package you are welcomed and treated as an individual and not just a member of a group. While the atmosphere of informality and relaxation is encouraged, we always strive to preserve the rights and sensitivities of the individual. All travel arrangements are made with your utmost comfort and enjoyment in mind.

Travel schedule, including hotel and transportation information will be mailed to you approximately 2 weeks prior to the departure date.

All seating is RUN OF HOUSE (ROH) located throughout the stadium in various locations. This is a high volume travel program and specified seating is not guaranteed. Requests will be honored wherever possible. Every effort will be made to seat persons booking as a group in adjoining seats. However, because of the difficulty in obtaining block seating, we cannot guarantee such arrangements. NFL game tickets will only be issued to individuals who register and participate in the hotel/transportation part of the package.

Luggage handling is not provided on Sports Travel Packages due to our high volume of clients arriving and departing the hotels at the same time. Each person is responsible for their own luggage, however if assistance is needed your tour manager will acquire a bellman for you. Remember, do not over-pack, it is always wise to travel light. Great Atlantic Sports Travel is not responsible or liable for loss of, or damage to, luggage or other personal property of the customer due to breakage, loss, or wear and tear as a result of hotel or carrier handling.

There is a minimum $50.00 administrative charge per person on cancellations. Cancellations made within 45 days of departure are subject to a $50.00 per person charge and all non-recoverable tour costs. NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS or unused travel features. NOTE: Air cancellation policy will vary depending on actual trip involved.

$75.00 per person administrative charge on all cancellations received, plus any penalties imposed due to our inability to resell hotel space and/or air/game ticket purchased on behalf of the tour participant will be incurred. No refund will be made for unused travel features. Flights - If airline tickets are part of your program, the terms and conditions of flights reservations will supersede those of Great Atlantic Sports Travel. Trip cancellation insurance and baggage insurance coverage is highly recommended. Refer to brochure for cancellation policies for Special Event Travel.

Great Atlantic Sports Travel acts only as an agent for its passengers in all matters pertaining to transportation, accommodations, meals, sight-seeing, and other services specified. Great Atlantic Sports Travel and its agents are not responsible and assume no liability for any accident, injury, death, transportation, and other delays, or loss to any participant that may result from any act or non-performance on the part of its suppliers, who are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of Great Atlantic Sports Travel. Great Atlantic Sports Travel does not guarantee arrival/departure times in the event of inclement weather and/or any other conditions beyond the control of Great Atlantic Sports Travel such as traffic or mechanical delays. Great Atlantic Sports Travel cannot be held responsible for weather or any other conditions that might affect scheduling sporting events. If you purchased a motor coach package, your tour manager will announce the details for any cancellation that occurs after departure. Any possible admission ticket refunds are based on the policy stated on the ticket or by the owner of the event. Great Atlantic Sports Travel reserves the right to alter the itinerary, and/or make substitutions in accommodations and other services when necessary! No refund will be made for no shows or unused tour features. Actual event seating will vary depending on the venue and specified seating is not guaranteed. See travel brochure for details. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse to accept or retain any participant on its tour at any time, should behavior be deemed unacceptable. Once tickets are shipped or picked up in our office they are non-refundable and irreplaceable. Safeguard your tickets as they are your sole responsibility. Your verbal authorization to use your credit card number or deposit and/or final payment indicates your complete compliance with our booking terms and conditions.
