NFL 2019 Season Opener

September 5, 2019 ( Thu) - 8:30 pm - Soldier Field

Normally saved for the reigning Super Bowl Champions first home game, the NFL will celebrate their 100th season with a nod to it’s past as the Chicago Bears host the Green Bay Packers kicking off the 2019 NFL season. To date there has been 198 games between the 2 franchises – most in NFL history – with the Packers having the slight edge 97 wins – 95 losses -and 6 ties. This year’s matchups should be intriguing with the Bears coming off their first NFC North Division title since 2010, while the Packers missed the playoffs again leading to their first new head coach hire since 2006. During one of the best times of the year, in one of the country’s best cities, celebrating the beginning of another NFL season, Chicago’s Soldier Field is sure to be rocking.
