The ACC Men's Basketball Tournament has long been college basketball’s most popular and competitive tournaments. Held every year since 1954, the ACC's first season. It is a single-elimination tournament and seeding is based on regular season records. The winner, declared conference champion, receives the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA emerging victorious. Last year standout freshman Zion Williamson came back and led Duke over Florida State locking up the 1 seed going into the NCAA tournament which also featured rivals Virginia and North Carolina as 1 seeds as well. Next year, for the 28th time, and first since 2015, the Greensboro Coliseum will once again host the ACC’s best. Featuring Tobacco Road power houses Duke and North Carolina, along with the reigning NCAA champions Virginia, there will be no shortage of exciting and competitive games!
