Places to Eat
Beef Burger - Beef Burger, located in Greensboro, North Carolina, is a restaurant that was former a Biff-Burger and is still called that by many of the locals. It is believed that this is the last remaining “Beef Burger” restaurant still remaining in the country from the once famous Biff-Burger. They still use the “Roto-Red” Roto Broiler to grill the burgers and toast the buns before a quick dip into the sauce that the owner, Ralph Havis, claims to be from the original recipe obtained from when he purchased the West Lee Street Greensboro location from one of the original Biff franchise owners.
Bites and Pints Gastro Pub - Don’t let the name fool you, come experience a laid back place with an elevated bar and grill food. Over 60 craft beers and a full bar. Bites & Pints Gastro Pub is a tasty spot for great food and fun! Offering delicious bites with weekly specials and late night menu.
Country Barbeque - From the very beginning Country BBQ has been providing the triad area with quality Lexington-style bbq that just recently brought in two public awards: Best Ribs and runner up Best BBQ Restaurant in the Triad. It has been our attention to detail over the years and our loyal customers that has helped sustain a healthy business through good times and bad even as eating habits have changed.
Homeslice Pizza & Subs - A “Buffalo Inspired” pizza and sub shop. Come try our Buffalo Chicken Pizza, or Chicken Finger Sub, create your own pie, or try the almost world-famous Pizza Balls. Call for catering or delivery, or visit us behind the CVS on the corner of College and Friendly.

Scrambled Southern Diner - In the heart of Greensboro’s historic neighborhood, Lindley Park, we have become the favorite eclectic southern diner. Sarah and Chris feature local area farmers and North Carolina products throughout out the menu. Not only do we offer breakfast all day, our lunch menu is available after 11am, featuring blue plate specials Monday thru Friday. Our vegetable infused vodka bloody mary, multiple variations of the mimosa, and NC draft beer selections are also another reason why we have become “the little gem on Spring Garden Street.”
